Pepperio's approach to template creation means designers have the freedom to create HTML layouts in their native design package and then import to Pepperio along with the appropriate CSS files. This means that designs are built on brand, and not restricted by the technology.

Page Highlighting - forget having to write javascript to implement page highlighting (where the link of the page currently viewed in the browser can be differentiated from others), just add a one-line attribute to the navigation element.
Embed Youtube, Google maps, etc. - can be easily added to page layouts to make use of current web trends and technologies.
Empower site owners with the ability to update embedded flash files. Pepperio pages are based on xml, so by creating a hidden page owners can edit content that is referenced by the flash file. Form data is also xml based, and therefore this data can also be feed into flash, i.e. displaying poll information.
Progressive Flash Movies - upload your swfs and flv, and play video in your pages.
Pull content from one page into another with Ghost Pages - keep urls short and pull in content from any internal source.
